Our marketing strategy includes regularly circulating your details to schools, colleges, corporate companies and hospitals, circulating your details to prospective tenants using mailing lists and database, and ad hoc advertising in relevant newspapers. In addition, we will help you prepare for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), accompany all appointment viewings, and give regular feedback.

Following an application from a prospective tenant we will

  • Negotiate details of tenancy on your behalf
  • Apply a thorough credit check and reference service
  • Create a tenancy agreement in accordance with the current Housing Act
  • Collect an advance rent payment of one month plus a dilapidation deposit (allocated to our tenancy deposit scheme)
  • Arrange standing order rental payments
